What inspired you to start this business?

There was a moment that sparked the call in my heart to support couples as a way to work toward bettering our entire world. During my counseling studies in college, the professor described how the health of our society is based on the health of the family, and the health of the family is based on the health of the married couple. God has led every step of my path from before that moment until today.

How does your faith shape your work?

My faith is at the center of my life - who I am, the way I live, and the way I run my business. The way faith is integrated within sessions is unique to each client and their own faith journey. For some, simply the understanding that we have the same belief system and worldview is an essential element in building the trust necessary for a successful therapeutic experience. For others, prayer and the sacraments are very present as part of our healing process. Every therapist uses certain techniques and modalities that identify different agents of change for the client. For me, in my work, the Holy Spirit is always the agent of change.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

The Rosary has always been a great source of peace for me. Our Lady of La Leche, Sts Anne & Joachim, and St. Gianna Molla have a special place in my heart.

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I support my clients in healing past wounds, improving their relationships and family dynamics, and working toward a more peaceful and healthy future. As a coach, I work with couples and individuals to improve communication, increase connection and work toward other practical and concrete life goals. As a fertility care practitioner, I work with women and couples to chart their cycles to either avoid or achieve pregnancy, or manage and address their reproductive health. Clients often are coming to me discouraged, defeated and hopeless. It’s a gift and an honor that I don’t take lightly to be invited into their suffering, given permission to walk with them through the pain, and help facilitate healing, growth, and wholeness. The best feedback I receive is when clients begin moving into greater peace, freedom and hope for their lives and future.
