What inspired you to start this business?

My business started out of a passion for fitness and nutritional supplementation. I realized that fueling your body is just as important as fueling your spirit and want to equip men and women with the right supplements to achieve their goals.

How does your faith shape your work?

Faith is at the center of our business. We find inspiration from the saints and named a couple of our products after St. John Bosco and St. Joseph of Cupertino. The goal is to be fit in body, mind, and spirit - inspired by Fr. Capo

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

Flight Foods helps clients achieve their physical and health goals. However, by bettering their bodies, mental and spiritual life also increase. Flight Foods has helped our clients find confidence in their bodies. One of our clients lost 30lbs and gained muscle by using our protein powders.
