What inspired you to start this business?

Watching women (myself included) struggle their way through life. We had the 5am routines, the journals, the magnesium, the color-coded planners, and we were still feeling like we're doing everything wrong in life and business - someone is getting the leftovers. I finally realized nobody's body is broken. Our bodies are doing exactly what they learned to do to survive. You can't habit-stack your way out of a wound you got at seven. So I stopped helping women manage their symptoms and started helping them heal the root, so they can actually become the woman God had in mind all along using nervous system science and Jesus!

How does your faith shape your work?

It IS the work. I've seen what happens when healing leaves Jesus out: you get really good breathing techniques and the same wound wearing a nicer outfit. God made us body, mind, and soul, and He doesn't do partial restorations. My job is walking women back to who He created them to be, not helping them perform better while still bleeding.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

Favorite patron saint is Mary Magdalene - I just think she is so relatable in how she was "flawed" and still walked with Jesus.

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

If your body is stuck in survival mode, it's because it is trying to protect you and keep you safe. Your symptoms aren't malfunctions, they're messages. My job is to help you listen, heal at the root, and finally live like a woman who doesn't have to earn love, safety, or belonging - because you don't.
