What inspired you to start this business?

The desire to work directly with my clients. I genuinely enjoy working with people and making their lives easier. I derive a deep satisfaction from helping folks straighten out the path between points A and B.

How does your faith shape your work?

In Matthew 5:14-16, Jesus calls us to be the light of the world. Although I fall short, I pray and work every day to be the light He calls us to be. I try to inspire that in the folks that work for me, and work to build a company that others want to work with because of it. I also work to incorporate the capital virtues in how we interact with our clients. Work with folks with a servant's heart, prioritize their needs, make sure they are successful, and we will all be successful.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

There are too many to list, but my favorite saint is Saint Augustine. I am a convert to the faith and chose him as my patron saint because I felt his conversion mirrored mine in many ways. But as my Catholic faith has grown and matured, I continue to read Augustine's works as a Doctor of the Church, am continually inspired by him, and amazed at how our paths seem to mimic each other. I did not realize when I chose him as my patron saint how profound of an impact he would have in my life. I pray to him regularly and carry a St Augustine pocket token (that was blessed by a priest that's an important extended family friend) everywhere I go.

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

IT services and technology consulting. Stating the obvious, but the point of technology is to make our lives easier. Too often these days, the systems and devices we use are too complex, difficult to use, and downright frustrating at times. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to design systems specific to their needs, that are simple to use, reliable, and secure. And once we get those systems in place, we support them after they're deployed. And of course, if you just need help resolving a nagging PC issue, we help with that too. I am confident all of our clients would tell you we are an indispensable part of their business. Our oldest client has even included us and our head shot on their website. But what I'm most proud of is of the reputation one of our clients has in their industry because of how simple and secure their IT systems are. The executive vice president of this client told me a story: they bid a very large mechanical construction project and won. At the time it was the largest project they had won in company history. At the post-bid meeting, one of the executives of their newly acquired client told him, "one of the big reasons we choose your bid was because of your reputation in the industry for having IT systems secure enough with which we could safely and simply interact." That's a reputation you can sell, and we're exceedingly proud to be a part of it.
