What inspired you to start this business?

I worked in operations and production in the wine industry for years, and then moved into technology sales. The owners of the companies I had worked with just didn't share my values. With the skills I developed and the desire to do the right thing for customers, I started my business in 2017.

How does your faith shape your work?

It's incredibly important to me to always work with integrity and charity in any engagement we have. I would rather lose a contract to another business if I know I cannot provide what a customer needs. God calls us to use our skills and abilities to serve others and ultimately Him. Ideally, we should look at ourselves as the servant in Matthew 25:21: "Well done, good and faithful servant, because thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will place thee over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord."

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

SigX Solutions began as a small Salesforce consulting company, and have grown to include other online-based software services which help businesses operate. We help our clients by providing consultation, administration, development, and day-to-day operational work so they can focus less on these tasks, and more on their core mission. "One of our recent clients was having a great deal of trouble understanding where their business was coming from, how to measure the performance of their sales team, and if their marketing efforts were effective in driving new business. Over the course of a few months, we analyzed their systems, business processes, and employee day-to-day activities to find out the cause of these issues. We then provided recommendations to company management, implemented systems and business process changes, and trained their employees to work in a more effective way. As a result, three major changes occurred: First, the employees were able to spend less time with administrative and clerical work, allowing them to focus on revenue-generating activity. Second, company management was able to clearly report on metrics and understand where their strategies were successful and what needed to be changed. Third, sales was able to close deals faster and work through a more consistent process that enabled them to close more business opportunities."
