What inspired you to start this business?

It started with Cursillo. During Cursillo, the call to action hit home. My wife, a convert, and I often struggled to confidently share our faith—especially with family and friends. When we searched for answers together, we spent hours looking. That’s why we created Truthly: to help Catholics always be ready to live and share the faith—with quick, accurate answers right at their fingertips

Our Catholic faith is the foundation of everything we do. It shapes our mission, our values, and our commitment to serve others with integrity and purpose. We operate Truthly with the goal of helping Catholics turn belief into action, ensuring that every decision we make aligns with the call to evangelize, build community, and share the truth with love and confidence.

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

Truthly is the world’s first Catholic action app. We help Catholics turn belief into action by equipping them with accurate, instant answers to questions about their faith. Whether they’re talking with a seeker, a skeptic, or just trying to deepen their own understanding, we provide the tools and resources they need to evangelize confidently and effectively. Our app features on-demand AI chat, daily inspirations, micro-learning lessons, and productivity tools – all tailored through a Catholic lens. We help our clients, whether they’re converts, cradle Catholics, or those curious about the faith, become 1% better every day and more prepared to share the truth of Catholicism in any moment. We exist to bridge the gap between belief and action, making evangelization as easy, fast, and effective as possible. One of our users, a cradle Catholic, felt unprepared to share his faith with friends and family. Using Truthly, he gained the confidence to answer tough questions clearly and charitably. His friend, inspired by these conversations, decided to enroll in OCIA to explore the Catholic faith himself. Truthly has empowered countless Catholics to turn belief into action, leading to deeper conversations, stronger faith, and even life-changing decisions to join the Church.
