What inspired you to start this business?

As a volunteer catechist at my home parish, I noticed that the children in my class were neither attentive nor engaged by the materials. My daughter said "daddy, do I have to go to faith formation, it so boring!" I knew that there was a substantial need to create a faith formation program that would take the lessons of new teaching methods and technology to better transmit the faith to children - and that is exactly what we have done. Our team has created - by the grace of God - thousands of lessons, games, videos, coloring pages, and other resources that actively engage students. My kids still use the program every morning before they go to school, and they actually enjoy learning!

How does your faith shape your work?

The Catholic faith permeates every aspect of our business. Our obvious focus on creating the best faith formation program on the market is one way the faith plays a role. The Church's teachings also guide how we market our products - it is easy to try and twist the rules to try and make a buck, but we ensure that all of our marketing materials, our strategies, and our goals are rooted the moral framework that the Catholic Church provides.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

"Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it". Proverbs 22:6 Our patron saint is St. John Bosco! As the patron saint of students, children, and publishers we invoke his intercession before every meeting!
