What inspired you to start this business?

Through our family’s direct experience with the healthcare system, we have seen firsthand how providers of faith often struggle to find environments where they are not pressured to participate in unethical procedures or treatments. Coupled with the growing demands and regulations of running a private practice, this often leaves dedicated providers feeling stuck. We were inspired to support Catholic healthcare providers facing these challenges by managing their non-patient care burdens. By doing so, we help Catholic doctors and healthcare professionals remain in private practice and expand access to human-centered, values-driven care. That’s why we chose the name Paracletos, which means Advocate — after the Holy Spirit. Just as the Paraclete defends and comforts, we advocate for providers so they can fulfill their healing mission without compromise.

How does your faith shape your work?

Our business is a ministry. Our faith is at the heart of everything we do at PPM. It guides how we serve our clients, approach challenges, and make decisions. We named our company in honor of the Holy Spirit, the Paraclete — the Advocate — and we strive to emulate this role by advocating for our doctors and providers through faithful stewardship of their revenue cycles. On a practical level, we have formally dedicated the business to the true Paraclete, the Holy Spirit. We see ourselves as stewards of the business, viewing it as a ministry of service. We observe the liturgical calendar and its seasons, offer a decade of our Family Rosary for each client and their practice, and directly support organizations that build up the Culture of Life — so we can faithfully guide and defend our clients’ mission just as the Paraclete defends and comforts the faithful.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

Megan and I were married on the 100th anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima, so we have a special devotion to Our Lady of Fatima. This devotion inspires us to place every business decision under the mantle of Our Lady’s protection, to serve the Lord first in all we do, and to safeguard our clients’ mission. Favorite Bible Verse: Joshua 24:15 — “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

We provide specialized revenue cycle management services to Catholic, pro-life, and pro-family medical and dental providers. This includes handling billing, resolving claim issues, and ensuring ethical coding practices to maximize reimbursements without compromise. By lifting the administrative burden, we help faithful providers remain in private practice, grow their reach, and care for more patients in alignment with the teachings of the Church — enabling them to expand the reach of authentic Catholic healthcare. We’ve helped our practices reduce claim denials, improve cash flow, and regain precious time for patient care and family life.
