What inspired you to start this business?
I was tired of the secular approach to fitness that was offered in the gym I worked at and it forced me to dive back into TOB to see if maybe there was something that Catholics were missing. Sure enough, the idea of self mastery for self gift wasn't paired with exercise in 2019 - so we launched HF to bring this message to the Church.
How does your faith shape your work?
It is everything. We strive to teach out clients that we workout, eat well, and discipline ourselves to be more like Jesus in his perfect gift to the Father on the Cross.
What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?
Pope St. John Paul II! "He must increase and I must decrease." John 3:33
What's one thing you'd like customers to know?
We offer 1:1 online personal training and nutrition coaching through our app. We also offer subscription programs through our app for only $14.99/month.
