What inspired you to start this business?

I started this coaching practice because I saw too many women—especially those in seasons of transition—doubting their purpose, downplaying their gifts, and wondering if what they were doing even mattered. I had been there myself. After years in Catholic education and leadership, I knew what it felt like to serve faithfully and still feel unseen or stuck. When I discovered the power of motivation coaching, everything shifted. It gave language to what had always been true: that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, with a unique design and calling that God doesn’t waste. I knew I had to help others see that, too. Laura Roland Coaching was born out of a deep desire to walk with others as they rediscover who they are, what drives them, and how to live and lead from that truth—with clarity, conviction, and joy.

How does your faith shape your work?

My Catholic faith is the foundation of everything I do. It shapes the way I see each client—as known, seen, and deeply loved by God, created with a purpose that’s both personal and eternal. I believe that our work, our rest, and even our seasons of feeling stuck are part of the bigger story God is writing in our lives. In my coaching, I bring this lens of faith into every conversation. Whether we’re talking about motivation, burnout, leadership, or vocation, I guide my clients to listen for how the Lord is already at work and how they can respond with clarity and courage. Scripture, prayer, and spiritual encouragement are part of the journey—not as checkboxes, but as invitations to trust more deeply and live more freely in alignment with their God-given design.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

Psalm 139 is my go to Scripture passage and my coaching practice and client work flows from it. "O, Lord, you search me and you know me, you know my resting and my rising, you discern my purpose from afar.

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

I help my clients understand what truly drives them at their core—what motivates them to show up, keep going, and feel fulfilled in their work and life. Using the MCode Assessment, we uncover their unique God-given wiring, then walk together through practical strategies to apply that insight in everyday decisions, relationships, and routines. Whether they’re navigating a career change, feeling stuck or burned out, leading a team, or searching for purpose, I help them move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention. We don’t just talk about what’s hard—we find what’s possible. Together, we turn insight into action. The impact of my coaching is both practical and deeply personal. Clients walk away with clarity, confidence, and language for how God uniquely designed them—and that changes everything. They stop striving to be someone they’re not and start stepping forward in alignment with who they truly are.
