ABOUT THE BUSINESS

SoulCore is a movement born from the desire to nourish body AND soul through prayer and core-strengthening, functional movements. As humans, we are body and spirit, and we experience the need to translate our feelings externally. We must pray with our whole being to give all power possible to our supplication (Catechism of the Catholic Church 2702). SoulCore sessions use the beautiful, healing prayers of the Rosary, which invite us to slow down and savor this time of prayer. Each SoulCore Rosary is 45–60 minutes—a holy hour of prayer, physical strengthening, and reflection to engage the whole person, offering your highest form of worship to God. In-person and Online classes available worldwide.

What inspired you to start this business?

SoulCore began as a YES to the inspiration of the Holy Spirit! The SoulCore story is really a faith journey from suffering to joy and call to mission. The combination of movement and prayer was a catalyst in Deanne's healing journey many years ago and in Colleen's life after she suffered devastating loss.

How does your faith shape your work?

Faith is the cornerstone of SoulCore. From our very first YES, this apostolate has been led by the Holy Spirit and is consecrated to the Blessed Mother. Our Lady’s desire is always to lead us closer to her son Jesus. As a Marian apostolate, SoulCore imitates her in striving to draw others closer to Christ through deeper reflection on His life and virtues in the rosary. Anything that could potentially lead us away from Christ is counter to our mission.

The Rosary!

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

Guided by Our Lady, who always leads us closer to Jesus, SoulCore reflects her mission: to bring hearts to her Son through prayer, virtue, and peace. All are welcome to encounter Christ more deeply through this sacred prayer experience.
