What inspired you to start this business?

We founded PCS because I saw a gap in the market for consulting that delivers both strategic insight and hands-on partnership. Too many businesses are treated like transactions—I wanted to build a service where clients feel genuinely supported and guided every step of the way.

How does your faith shape your work?

Our Catholic faith is the cornerstone of everything we do. The principles of constancy, excellence, and stewardship guide our decision-making, client relationships, and project execution. We see our work as a way to live out our calling—to serve others with integrity, to build with care, and to honor God in every detail.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

Megan and I were married on the 100th anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima, so we have a special devotion to Our Lady of Fatima. This devotion inspires us to place every business decision under the mantle of Our Lady’s protection, to serve the Lord first in all we do, and to safeguard our clients’ mission. Favorite Bible Verse: Joshua 24:15 — “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

We help clients by providing the clarity, structure, and expertise they need to succeed—whether that means building systems from the ground up, optimizing existing operations, or navigating growth and change. Our role is to shoulder the complexity so our clients can focus on leading their teams and achieving their goals. Our clients have been able to scale their operations, improve efficiency, and complete critical projects with greater confidence and less stress. Many have told us that working with PCS feels like gaining an extension of their leadership team rather than hiring an outside consultant.
