What inspired you to start this business?

I was inspired to create my Direct Primary Care practice after spending years in a rushed and impersonal medical system. That experience led to burnout and moral injury, because I was unable to care for patients in the way they truly deserved. I believe the doctor-patient relationship should always be at the center of healthcare, where time is not limited and the care is not dictated by profit. Through my independent practice, I am able to uphold the principles of my Catholic faith and provide care that honors the dignity of every person without feeling hindered.

How does your faith shape your work?

My Catholic faith is at the center of my practice, which I created for the glory of God. Each day I pray for my patients, and for God's will to be done in the growth of my practice. My faith guides how I treat every patient. I see my work as a physician not just as a job, but as my vocation.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

My favorite devotion is adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. My favorite prayer is Salve Regina.

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

I provide medical care for my patients through a Direct Primary Care model which allows me to spend more time with them, listen and address not only their physical health but also their emotional and spiritual well-being. I am easily accessible to my patients through text, email and phone. My goal is to provide personalized, accessible and compassionate care so that every person feels valued and supported on their journey to better health. Patients have shared that they feel peace and relief knowing they have a doctor who truly listens and cares. Many have expressed that they feel like more than just patients. "She makes you feel like you matter rather than just another number." Through education and encouragement, I help my patients adopt healthier habits and take a proactive role in their health.
