ABOUT THE BUSINESS

I work with individuals and teams who sense there is more—more purpose, more clarity, and more life to be lived—but aren’t sure how to name or pursue what’s next. As a Certified Dream Manager, I help people reconnect with their God-given dreams, discern where they are being called, and take meaningful, practical steps forward. My work blends reflection, structure, and action, helping clients move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to living with greater intention, courage, and alignment. I support both personal and professional growth, including life transitions, leadership development, and organizational culture, always honoring faith, values, and the dignity of the person. I also work with businesses, organizations, and groups through speaking engagements and facilitated Dream Storms—live, interactive sessions designed to help people reconnect with purpose and vision. In addition, I partner with leaders and teams to help implement the Dream Manager framework within their organizations, supporting a culture where people feel seen, valued, and motivated to grow. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when people take time to listen, write down their dreams, and move forward with intention, lives—and workplaces—begin to change.

What inspired you to start this business?

I spent many years working in the service industry and had long been a fan of Matthew Kelly’s Dream Manager program. Even before becoming certified, I was using the framework informally with women from my Bible study, helping us reflect, dream, and take small steps forward together. Through my own personal journey, I experienced firsthand the power of writing dreams down, creating space for reflection, and moving forward with intention. I saw how clarity, structure, and faith could transform discouragement into direction—and how dreaming was not about escape, but about alignment. During COVID, something became very clear to me: the people who most needed permission to dream again were the ones I was already serving every day—mothers, teachers, bank tellers, and ordinary, hardworking people navigating extraordinary pressure. That realization led me to reach out to Matthew Kelly’s organization and pursue certification, with the goal of adapting the Dream Manager framework to support individuals and small groups, not just corporations. I started my business because I believe people are not meant to live on autopilot or abandon their dreams out of fear, busyness, or obligation. I wanted to create a space where individuals and teams could pause, listen, and reconnect with the dreams God placed on their hearts—and be supported as they move forward with courage and intention, no matter their age, stage, or season of life.

How does your faith shape your work?

Faith is the foundation of how I show up and how I serve, even when it isn’t always named explicitly. My work is rooted in the belief that every person is created with dignity, purpose, and God-given potential, and that dreaming is not selfish—it’s a way of listening for how we are being called to grow. Faith shapes the way I create space for reflection, encourage discernment, and honor each person’s season of life. I believe God often speaks in the quiet—through longing, curiosity, and the gentle nudges we feel when something is meant for more. My role is not to tell people what their dreams should be, but to help them slow down, listen, and take faithful, intentional steps forward. While my work is welcoming to people at many stages of faith, my own Catholic faith informs my values, my approach, and my belief that when people align their dreams with intention, service, and courage, both lives and workplaces are transformed.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

My favorite devotion is the Jesus Surrender Novena. It has deeply shaped both my faith and my work. This novena is a powerful reminder that surrender is not weakness—it is trust. Over and over, the simple prayer “Jesus, I surrender myself to You; take care of everything” calls me back to letting go of control, fear, and the pressure to have all the answers. That posture of surrender mirrors the work I do with clients. Dreaming requires trust—trust in God’s timing, trust in the desires He places on our hearts, and trust that taking small, faithful steps is enough. The novena reminds me, and those I serve, that we are not meant to carry our dreams alone. When we surrender the outcome and move forward with intention, clarity and peace begin to follow. In many ways, the Jesus Surrender Novena is the spiritual foundation beneath my belief that people don’t need more hustle—they need space, trust, and the courage to say yes to what God is gently inviting them toward.

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

Clients often come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and what matters most. Through our work together, they gain clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose. Writing their dreams down and breaking them into meaningful steps helps them move from feeling scattered to living with intention. Many clients rediscover hope during seasons of transition—whether navigating life changes, leadership roles, or organizational challenges. For teams and organizations, Dream Storms and Dream Manager implementation foster stronger engagement, clearer vision, and a culture where people feel seen and valued. The lasting impact is not just accomplishing goals, but helping people live and lead with greater alignment, peace, and purpose. I often have clients thank me for giving them permission to dream again.
