What inspired you to start this business?

Mpathic was born and lifted from our parent company when our first customer asked how we are able to recruit and train such high-caliber employees. We realized that we have an opportunity to serve both the individuals we hire and the companies we partner with by providing both with unparalleled experience

How does your faith shape your work?

With guiding principles of Empathy, Wisdom, and Subsidiarity, my personal faith guides every decision.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

I've long been a big fan of St. Philip Neri. For the past two years, I have been very drawn to the "Jesus Prayer." Favorite verse changes like the wind, but a steady one is Philippians 4:6-8 "Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things"
