What inspired you to start this business?

The beginning of WHY NOT Leadership wasn’t sparked by a business idea — it was sparked by a moment of clarity. I had built a successful career, serving as a military officer, a sales leader, and an executive. From the outside, it looked like everything was working. But something was missing. It wasn’t drive. It wasn’t opportunity. It was self-awareness. WHY NOT Leadership was born out of the realization that many high-achieving leaders are operating without ever truly understanding themselves — their values, their patterns, their natural way of leading. They’re succeeding on paper but feeling stuck or burned out inside. I asked myself a question that would change everything: "What if real leadership starts with self-awareness?" That question became a mission. WHY NOT Leadership exists to help individuals and teams develop deep self-awareness—so they can make aligned decisions, communicate with clarity, and lead with purpose. Because when you understand how you’re wired, everything starts to make sense: Your energy has direction. Your Leadership becomes natural. And your life starts aligning with what matters most. So what inspired the beginning of WNL? A moment of self-awareness—and a choice to lead differently. How does your faith shape your work?

Faith isn’t separate from business—it’s the foundation of how I lead and how we serve at WHY NOT Leadership. My Catholic faith guides everything from the way we treat clients to the values we uphold as a company. It’s not about preaching or pushing beliefs—it’s about living out the principles of service, integrity, humility, and love in every interaction. We believe every person is created with a unique purpose. That belief drives our mission to help people become more self-aware, more aligned, and more courageous in how they lead their lives and their teams. We are proudly faith-led. Our faith shows up in how we listen, how we serve, and how we walk with people through growth and transformation. At the end of the day, we’re in the business of helping people become who they were created to be.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

I proudly dedicate my work to St. Joseph, the ultimate model of servant leadership. Our men’s group at my Parish — St. Joseph, Model of Christian Workers — is inspired by his quiet leadership and unwavering faith. “To the point that work is none other than the continuation of God’s work: human work is man’s vocation received from God at the end of the creation of the universe. Work makes the human person similar to God, because with work man is a creator, capable of creating, of creating many things; also of creating a family to raise. What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

At WHY NOT Leadership, we believe every person is created with unique gifts and a purpose. Our role is to help individuals and teams discover those God-given strengths, lead with greater self-awareness, and build relationships rooted in trust, service, and authentic leadership. We don't try to change who people are. We help them become the best version of who they were created to be. This approach leads to stronger leaders, healthier teams, and lasting impact both professionally and personally.
