What inspired you to start this business?

I saw a lot of "good" catholic men after my conversion. Guys who genuinely cared for the church and others, but, their fitness and health held them back and they never joined me at the gym. The same was true for my gym buddies, they were strong but it was for their own vanity, not in service to God. So I created a method that helps men do both.

How does your faith shape your work?

Faith is central to how I operate in business and how I coach others. I don't put people's bodies on display for profit, I encourage modesty where I can, and I always try to make sure there is a biblical or traditional precedent for what I'm asking myself or other to do. The Business is dedicated to Mt Saint Michael, with St Sebastian, St Joseph, St Michael, and St Hyacinth as our patrons.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

My Confirmation Saint is Saint Sebastian. I am a rosary ruck in the morning type of guy, and 1 Corinthians 19-20 is obviously a favorite verse!

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?
