My goal as a coach is to help you move to beatitude (Supreme Happiness) by teaching you to untangle your thoughts, weave virtuous habits into your life, and discern and connect with God’s will for you. I received my certification from Metanoia Catholic, the leader in developing Catholic coaches. I blend Catholic mindset training with 40 years of teaching and advising students on college campuses to help people overcome mental barriers to success and well-being. I help Catholics succeed in college and beyond because the world needs more educated faithful Catholics as leaders in industry, government, communities, and families. The enemy is working overtime to keep people stuck in indecision, uncertainty and despair. My coaching helps clients shift to bold, discerning leadership that respects human dignity and enables them to leverage their God-given strengths and talents.
