What inspired you to start this business?

I come from a family of entrepreneurs, and after 15+ years leading in startup environments, I kept seeing the same thing: passionate founders buried under operational chaos, unable to enjoy the life they were building. I started CMC in 2023 with my husband Jeremy because I believe work should serve your vocation, not consume it. I wanted to help purpose-driven business owners reclaim their time for what actually matters: their families, their mission, and their communities. I wanted more control over my time and the opportunity to redesign my life to fit the many seasons and growing family.

How does your faith shape your work?

It's the foundation. Every one of our company values is rooted in Scripture, from stewardship, to serving with intention, to persevering with grace. I see my work as a vocation, not just a job. That means treating my clients the way I'd treat my own family: with honesty, care, and real accountability. My faith also reminds me daily that we're called to build something that uplifts others, not just turn a profit.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

Romans 5:3-4: "We also glory in our afflictions, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope." Running a business (and a household) is rarely smooth, and this passage anchors me when things get hard. It reminds me that the struggle itself is forming something good. "Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible." St. Francis of Assisi

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

We're not a faceless agency. CMC is a small, mission-driven consultancy, and when you work with us, you're getting a team that genuinely cares about your success. We'll tell you the truth, take ownership of the details, and treat your business like it matters, because it does. Our goal isn't just to make your operations run smoother; it's to give you the freedom to be present for your family, your faith, and the life you're actually living and building.
