What inspired you to start this business?

At the Wedding Feast of Cana, when Our Lord tells the wine stewards "go fill those jugs with water," I imagine a chaotic scene in the back room. "He wants us to fill these jugs with water - that's not what us usually do." "This jug is cracked." This jug is not large enough," etc. The role of Mission Advancement Partners is to be "the back room people." Our team is there to help organizations navigate the mission Christ has asked - fill the jugs, patch what is broken, increase capacity, and overall, help prepare them to go back out to the wedding feast so Our Lord can perform his miracles through their work (those jugs!).

How does your faith shape your work?

My faith is the primary motivator of my work. Building up the Church is an honor and a blessing. Our Lord does not need me, but he chooses to use me. And for that, I am most grateful.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

St. Zelie Martin - the mother of St. Therese the Little Flower.

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

We walk with organizations at any stage of development - launches, realignments, scaling, new leadership, organizational change. It's our joy and honor to walk with our clients on the journey God has set before them.
