What inspired you to start this business?

After the birth of my first child, I was praying with an icon of St. Joseph and "felt" the Lord say to me "flee to Egypt." Having started thinking about coaching, when I brought this word to my wife, she asked if the Lord was calling me to jump full time into coaching without any leads. After thought, prayer, and conversation, I quite my job and launched the business. It has been a journey, but one that the Lord has clearly blessed.

How does your faith shape your work?

I incorporate my Catholic faith directly into my coaching, using the virtues, Scripture, and the lives of the saints to help my clients lead flourishing lives.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

My favorite saint is St. Francis de Sales and I particularly love his book "Introduction to the Devout Life." He has been a huge inspiration to me much of my life and has significantly influenced my spiritual life.

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

I help my clients figure out why they aren't functioning at the level they want to be and help them to think, desire, manage fears, and act more virtuously. Feel free to read the testimonials on my website, but I have helped my clients to stop having panic attacks, get rid of weed, rightly order their sexual desires, and enter fully into relationships, along with simpler things like creating better schedules, asking girls out, and more.
