What inspired you to start this business?

My faith has always centered on the idea that work is vocation—a calling to use your gifts in service. After 30 years in corporate, I chose independence to align my work with my values. But in that transition and in helping others make similar moves, I kept encountering the same invisible barrier: talented people doubting their worth, unclear about their positioning, afraid to step into their authority. I realized I was being called to help others find that same alignment—not just financially, but spiritually. My coaching practice grew from that calling.

How does your faith shape your work?

Faith shapes how I structure the coaching itself. I lead with the inner work—mindset, limiting beliefs, identity—before layering in business mechanics. Most business coaching starts with "here's your sales system." I start with "who are you becoming?" That's a faith-centered approach: freedom comes from within. When my clients move through that interior transformation, the business piece flows naturally. They're not white-knuckling a sales script; they're operating from clarity and alignment.

What's a favorite patron saint or scripture?

"Be who God meant you to be and you will set the world on fire." -St. Catherine of Siena

What's one thing you'd like customers to know?

Your gifts and expertise aren't accidental. They're meant to be in the world, in service to people who need them. But stepping into that identity: claiming your value, launching with confidence - is spiritual work, not just business work. I help you integrate those two things so your consulting practice becomes an expression of your vocation, not just a job.
