Refund & return policy

Processing & Shipping Times Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Shipping is included in the product price Merchants are asked to ship within two business days, unless otherwise noted Customers see standard shipping only, and it's shown as "Always included" We are currently accepting U.S. orders only Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered." If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at hello@catholicbalm.co. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to reroute or reship packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. We are unable to re-ship any orders that were marked "return to sender" until we have received the package that was returned from the carrier. If the package is delivered to an incorrect address and is not returned, we are not obligated to replace or refund the order.
