Refund & return policy
Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Beyond 30 days unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. Eligibility: Items must be new and unused, unworn, and in their original condition, and include all original packaging and components. Items found to have been used or worn will not be refunded. Some items are a final sale, examples included: customized items, 14KT gold items, and made to order statues.
Refunds for every marketplace order are issued by Catholic Owned®, not the shop. Email support@catholicowned.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
