Shop Policy Shipping We ship orders within 1–3 business days. Please allow 2–3 weeks for custom orders. Once shipped with our standard $5 flat rate option (valid for up to 20lbs), delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way! Returns & Exchanges We accept returns on regular orders — just reach out to us at smellysistersco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to get the process started. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
