Delivery Estimates: Standard shipping usually arrives in 3–10 business days within the contiguous U.S. after shipment (longer for Alaska, Hawaii, or international). These are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. International Shipping: Available on some orders; additional fees, customs duties, and taxes apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times vary significantly. Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow extra time during busy seasons (e.g., Advent, Lent, Christmas). Return & Refund Policy All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Each rosary is handmade to order, and you will receive exactly what you ordered. Exceptions (for quality only): If your rosary arrives damaged or defective (through no fault of the buyer), please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. I will evaluate the situation and work with you on a resolution at my discretion. Blessed items and custom rosaries are not eligible for any exception. As a very small business, I am unable to offer prepaid return shipping labels or absorb additional return costs.
